Pearl Med Policies

LATE POLICY

Due to the pride we take in giving each patient a Pearl Med experience, we have a late policy in place. After 5 minutes your appointment is no longer be guaranteed. Your provider may see you or ask you to reschedule based on their discretion. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to move your existing appointment for any reason, please do so before 24 hours of your appointment to avoid a fee of $50. To notify the office to cancel or reschedule, access your patient portal or call the office at 409-201-1608. Messages on social media or email notifications are not accepted. 

RETURN POLICY

No returns on products opened or used and/or greater than 30 days from purchase date.
